I have been training with Justin for just over a year now, and I can honestly say it's been the best decision I could have ever made. I originally started training with Justin to get in shape for my wedding, I've always been quite a skinny lad and wanted to gain weight and feel more confident. with Justins help and training I've put on over a stone in weight in the right way (Justin always says muscle weights more fat) and feel so much more confident about myself.
